Directions to Garwood Presbyterian Church

From the North

1. Take the Parkway south to exit 137, and at the end of the ramp go right onto North Ave.
2. Drive west on North Ave. through Cranford and into Garwood.
3. At the light where Walnut Street is on your right, Center Street is on your left, and a Hess gas station is on the far left corner, make a left turn onto Center Street and go underneath the railroad overpass.
4. Stay on Center Street as it crosses South Ave. and continue 3 more blocks to the blinking yellow caution light and turn left onto Spruce Ave.
5. The church is in the first block on your right.

From the South

1. Take the Parkway north to exit 135, and at the end of the ramp stay left and go onto the circle.
2. Go 3/4's of the way around the circle and get off where the sign says Westfield and Garwood. This puts you on Central Ave. in Clark.
3. Stay on it as it goes from 5 lanes to 2 and goes into Westfield.
4. At the light at Grove Street in Westfield, turn right.
5. As Grove Street goes into Garwood its name changes to Spruce Ave.
6. After Spruce Ave. crosses Center Street, the church is in the next block on your right.

From the East

1. Take Westfield Ave. west from Elizabeth, through Roselle Park, and into Cranford where it changes its name to North Ave.
2. Continue into Garwood on it and at the light where Walnut Street is on your right, Center Street is on your left, and a Hess gas station is on the far left corner, make a left turn onto Center Street and go underneath the railroad overpass.
3. Stay on Center Street as it crosses South Ave. and continue 3 more blocks to the blinking yellow caution light and turn left onto Spruce Ave.
4. The church is in the first block on your right.

From the West

1. In Plainfield, take 5th Street east as it changes its name to South Ave. and continue on it through Fanwood and Westfield.
2. After crossing Central Ave. in Westfield, the next light is Center Street in Garwood. It is right after the fire house on the right. Turn right onto Center Street.
3. Continue on Center Street to the blinking yellow caution light and turn left onto Spruce Ave.
4. The church is in the first block on your right.
