ACTS 14
- After Paul and Barnabas arrived at Iconium, what did they do and what effect did it have?
- Why did some people in Iconium oppose Paul and Barnabas? What can we learn from this for our own life? How did Paul and Barnabas respond to the opposition? How do you?
- After Paul healed a man crippled from birth in Lystra, what did the people do there? How did Paul and Barnabas turn this bad thing to their advantage and the Lord's? What bad things have you turned to good and for the Lord's glory?
- At places where the message of Jesus Christ has not yet been heard, how does Paul say that God has yet left a testimony to those people?
- The people of Lystra who at first wanted to worship Paul as a god, later stoned him and left him for dead. What caused this dramatic turnaround? What can we learn from this for our own life? What did Paul do after he revived from this? What do you think you would have done?
- What did Paul and Barnabas do in each of the towns that they were in before and went back through on their way home to Antioch in Syria? How much of this should we also be doing?
